Ingredients
2 ripened bananas or frozen bananas
1 cup of almond milk
1 tablespoon of Trader Joe’s Crunchy Salted Peanut Butter with Flax & Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon of Cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
STEP ONE in a blender add the bananas, almond milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract and blend.
NOTE: This is good for two servings.
